This picture, which is going viral on social media, has been shared by IPS officer Dipanshu Kabra. A person can be seen lying on a handcart on the side of the road. Despite the person being poor, he has decorated a bed in a special way for the dogs. 

Sharing the picture, Dipanshu Kabra tweeted in Hindi, ‘Some people are so poor that they have only “money” to give, and some are so rich at heart.’
