Lucknow: Taking a jibe on the opposition during a programme in Varanasi, Prime Minister Narendra Modi snapped on his rivals saying that “Their body language, ideologies and dictionary have –mafiavad, pariwarvad, illegal property occupancy and others. They even have problems with development and on Kashi Vishwanath Dham. But we continue to get blessed by our supporters, as their anger touches the sky.”
Keeping up with his ante with regards to the central government’s contribution in the development of Uttar Pradesh, PM Modi has been boosting the morale of Yogi Adityanath and his team ahead of the 2022 Uttar Pradesh Assembly elections.

PM Modi was present in Varanasi for multiple foundation stone laying ceremonies. According to the Prime Minister’s Office, PM Modi laid the foundation stone of ‘Banas Dairy Sankul’ at the UP State Industrial Development Food Park, Karkhiyaon, Varanai.
The Dairy farm will be built at a cost of Rs 475 crores which will facilitate processing for 5 lakh litres of milk per day.
Apart from the dairy, PM Modi also laid the foundation stone for Biogas based Electricity generation plant for the Milk Producers Cooperative Union Plant, Ramnagar, Varanasi. This will later aid the plant being energy self-sufficient.
The PMO further stated that a portal and a dedicated has also been launched by the Prime Minister, developed by the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) with the help of the National Dairy Development Board (NDDB).
The unique logo, featuring both BIS and NDDB quality mark will simplify the process for the dairy sector.

In addition, PM Modi also virtually distributed rural residential rights record ‘Gharauni’under the Swamitva scheme of Union Ministry of Panchayati Raj, to over 20 lakh residents of Uttar Pradesh, to help reduce land ownership issues at the grass root level.
Multiple other developmental projects were also inaugurated during his visit, including six projects of the redevelopment of Old Kashi wards, pond beautification, sewage treatment plant, provisioning of advanced surveillance cameras under Smart City Mission.
