The Indian Army has expressed profound sorrow over the loss of its brave soldiers and extended heartfelt condolences to their families
Digital Desk: On the evening of 1st June 2025, around 7:00 PM, an Indian Army camp in Chaten, North Sikkim, at the Lachen district, was hit by a major landslide. Because of the constant rain, the area suffered considerable damage and damage to neighboring ecological buildings.
The Indian Army acted swiftly and resolutely to rescue people following the disaster. Even though the conditions are harsh and the weather keeps changing, rescue teams are working around the clock to look for those missing and give assistance.
