    Digital Desk: In a major reshuffle in the Maharashtra Cabinet, CM Shinde has allocated the finance department to new Deputy CM Ajit Pawar. A total of three ministries from the Shiv Sena and six from the BJP have been allocated to the new ministers who took oath along with Ajit Pawar on July 2. 


    While Eknath Shinde's Shiv Sena had to give up the Ministries of Agriculture, Relief and Rehabilitation, and Food and Drug Administration, Devendra Fadnavis' BJP had to give up the Ministries of Finance, Cooperation, Medical Education, Food & Civil Supplies, Sports & Youth Welfare, and Women and Child Welfare departments.


    Here's who took over whose ministry from whom


    1. Ajit Pawar has taken over the Department of Finance and Planning from Devendra Fadnavis.


    2. Chhagan Bhujbal will take over the Food & Civil Supplies department from Ravindra Chavan of BJP.


    3. Dilip Walse Patil will assume charge as the Cooperation Minister. He will take over from Atul Save of BJP.


    4. Hassan Mushrif will take charge as the Medical Education Minister from Girish Mahajan of the BJP.


    5. Dharmarao Atram has been allocated the Food & Medicine portfolio. He will take over from Sanjay Rathod of the Shiv Sena.


    6. Aditi Tatkare has got the Women and Child Development department. She will take over the charge of the department from Mangal Prabhat Lodha of the BJP.


    7. Sanjay Bansode has been allocated the Sports and Youth Welfare Ministry. He is going to take charge from Girish Mahajan of the BJP.


    8. Anil Patil will take over the Relief & Rehabilitation and the Disaster Management departments from Eknath Shinde of the Shiv Sena.


    9. Dhananjay Munde will take over the charge of the Agriculture Ministry from Abdul Sattar of the Shiv Sena.


    Apart from the names mentioned above, here is a look at the rejigged Shinde cabinet:


    1. Eknath Shinde: General Administration, Urban Development, Information and Technology, Information and Public Relations, Transport, Social Justice, Environment and Climate Change, Mining and any other allocated portfolio not assigned to any minister.


    2. Devendra Fadnavis: Home, Law and Justice, Water Resources and Profit Sector Development, Energy, Department of Royal Courtesy.


    3. Radhakrishna Vikhe Patil: Revenue, Animal Husbandry and Dairy Development.


    4. Sudhir Satchidanand Mungantiwar: Forestry, Cultural Activities and Fisheries


    5. Chandrakantada Bachchu Patil: Higher and Technical Education, Textile Industry and Parliamentary Affairs


    6. Vijaykumar Krishnarao Gavit: Tribal Development


    7. Girish Dattatreya Mahajan: Rural Development and Panchayat Raj, Tourism


    8. Gulabrao Patil: Water Supply and Sanitation


    9. Dadaji Dagdu Bhuse: Public Works
     
    10. Sanjay Dulichand Rathore: Soil and Water Conservation

    16. Abdul Sattar: Minority Development and Auqaf, Panan


    17. Deepak Vasantrao Kesarkar: School Education and Marathi Language
