In a countermove, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi is set to visit Mizoram on October 16, ahead of the impending state election. He is expected to spend two days in the region. Mathew Anthony, the AICC Media Coordinator & Mizoram In-charge, stated that during his visit, Rahul Gandhi would engage with the people, walking from the Chandmari junction to the Treasury Bhawan to promote the values of love, peace, and secularism for the betterment of both Mizoram and the nation.
