    Assam Rifles provide aid to Mizoram's injured farmer
    Digital Desk: On a very supportive note, the Lunglei Battalion of 23 Sector Assam Rifles, under the backing of Headquarter Inspector General Assam Rifles (East), aided an injured farmer.

    As per sources, the injuried farmer from Mizoram was wounded during a hunting mishap. The battalion unit provided immediate backup for the farmer in their camp.

    Our fighters are known for their bravery and assistance to the nation. The battalion unit has set another example for the nation's people, showcasing their approach towards common people safety.

    The battalion unit provided quick medical help to a farmer at Parva under the Lawngtlai district of Mizoram. The 30-year-old injured farmer was wounded while he was out hunting.

    The farmer was accidentally got shot by an airgun pellet on his left knee. The battalion unit provided the best possible help to the injured farmer.

    Assam Rifles is known for providing such help and aid to the farmers. Last year, in a similar incident, Assam Rifles provided help to an injured boy from Lungpuk village.

    The boy fell, sustained a head injury, and required quick medical help. The boy was treated on the site and was given anticipated medical treatment.
