Indian shooter Manu Bhaker won her fourth gold at the ISSF Junior World Championships held in Lima, Peru. On Wednesday, along with Naamya Kapoor and Rhythm Sangwan, Bhaker clinched gold medal in the 25m pistol team event. In their gold medal faceoff, the Indian trio defeated the USA side with a score of 16-4.
With this Bhaker wins her fourth gold in the competition. Besides, the Indian side also holds the top position in the medal’s tally.
Meanwhile, on the same day India’s Adarsh Singh managed for silver after he fell short of a gold medal at the 25m Rapid Fire pistol in the six men final.
Presently, India stands on top of the medal tally with nine gold medals, seven silver, and three bronze medals. Alternatively, USA is holding the second spot with five golds and a total of 16 medals.
