Limit your smart-phone usage – Instead of spending a lot of time staring into your phone or computer, define limits for your screen time. You can use this time to sit with your loved ones, read a book or take up a new hobby.

Spend time with your close ones – – Talk about your feelings to your loved ones regularly. A healthy communication channel must be maintained to strengthen relationships and to fight stress. If you are a person struggling in a hostile environment, you can communicate your thoughts to a therapist as well.
