Mumbai: Shiv Sena launched a fresh salvo against Kangana Ranaut calling her a “supari actor” in an editorial published in party mouthpiece Saamana.
The Bollywood actress who has been staying in Himachal Pradesh for the past few months due to the Covid-19 induced lockdown said she will continue to raise her voice against wrong and will not get scared or bow down before anyone.
The Union Ministry of Home Affairs has approved Y+ security to her and 11 CRPF personnel have been deployed for the same.
The editorial slammed the Centre for ‘honouring he person who insulted Hindutva’ and questioned the Y-Plus security given to Ranaut.
Supporting supari actress to advance the political agenda is also ‘haramkhori’ which means dishonesty with the soil, Sena said adding that comparing Mumbai with ‘Pakistan-occupied’ Kashmir and insulting the Mumbai Police by wearing khaki uniforms is a sign of degenerate mentality.
