    1. Lemonade with ginger
    The best and easy-to-find drink is lemonade with ginger. Lemon has vitamin C, and ginger has anti-inflammatory qualities.


    2. Aloe vera cucumber juice:
    Cut cucumbers into pieces, and put them into a juicer jar. Add Aloe vera leaf, lime juice, and fresh water. Also, add one tablespoon of rock. Grind it well, and enjoy.

    3. Cucumber mint drink
    Chop cucumbers, mint, water, and salt are added in a juicer jar. Grind it well, and serve others. Cucumbers and mint both have cooling, hydrating, and cleansing capacities.
    4. Watermelon, cashew and cinnamon juice:
    Mix all these ingredients into a blender, strain, and enjoy.
    5. Watermelon and ginger juice:
    Add some pieces of watermelon, and ginger into a blender. Mix them well, and enjoy.
