    Digital Desk: Kriti Sanon inspires us to go to the gym daily. The Raabta actress is one of the fittest celebs in Bollywood, and her gorgeous and toned body speaks for itself. The diva frequently posts videos of herself sweating it out in the gym on social media. In her new video, she shows off her full-body training routine, which she does once a week.

    "I normally do this routine once a week to ensure I get at least one full-body workout in," she explained in the caption.

    Kriti's full-body workout routine, as shown in the video, begins with a fast warm-up session, followed by strength training. The actress does Sprinter Snatch, an exercise that includes carrying a dumbbell in one hand, as part of her strength and conditioning routine. The diva then raises dumbbells and extends her arms.

    The actress then does Swiss Ball performers, another strength-training exercise that includes balancing one's back on an exercise ball while raising a dumbbell with both hands.

    She doesn't particularly love some of the activities she does as part of her routine. Sidewall smashes, performed with a heavy exercise ball, are one such workout.  

    Russian twists, also known as "Twist Kamariya" from Kriti, assist to improve the core and are beneficial to the shoulders. The actress stated that she enjoys doing this activity. Kriti then said that she had been battling with knee problems after falling off a bike. "We're working on not only mobilising the knee joint but also expanding out the hips, which releases the knee, gives it some breathing space, and strengthens it at the same time," stated Kriti's fitness trainer in the video while she performed ATG split squats. 

    Her fitness video also included resistant beast walks, Peterson's steps, and a few core-strengthening exercises followed by Shavasana. Stretching is what the actress does at the end of her gym sessions.
    "Never finish (a gym session) without stretching," she says in the video.

    Kriti Sanon will be featured in Ganpath alongside Tiger Shroff and Adipurush alongside Prabhas.
