    World's oldest living dog is 22 year old gino wolf: The secret to his long life is...

    Gino took pride in the fact that large dogs would follow him around like he was their fearless leader.

    holds the title of oldest dog in the world.



    color:#0A0A0A">Alex Wolf, 40, adopted the dog from Colorado's Humane Society of
    Boulder Valley in 2002. The dog was born on September 24, 2000.



    color:#0A0A0A">“He has received excellent care from me throughout the years,
    and despite his advanced age, he is still in surprisingly good condition and is
    very cute”, Alex told Guinness World Records.

    "When he was younger, he used to love roaming my parents' enormous
    backyard in Manhattan Beach with our other dogs, going for leash-free walks in

    "He always preferred the large dog park over the little one. Gino took
    pride in the fact that large dogs would follow him around like he was their

    naps by the fire, munching on salmon snacks, and pulling a waggon through the

    deteriorating.

    longevity to a healthy diet with human-grade food, veterinary care and ongoing
    support from family and friends, but mainly, Gino himself.

    think he's just a strong dog."
