    Baking Soda




    To whiten teeth, you can use baking soda or bicarbonate soda. It has a mild abrasive action that helps to eliminate stains from the teeth. It can be used as a tooth powder by rubbing it on the teeth for a minute and then washing thoroughly. It can be improved by adding a few drops of lemon juice, which has a minor bleaching effect.


    Oil pulling




    This is a traditional Ayurvedic solution that can be used to cleanse and whiten teeth as well as to remove toxins from the body. For this, coconut oil or any other vegetable oil can be used. For 15 minutes, a spoonful of oil is swirled around in the mouth while pushing it through the teeth. Mixing of the oil with the saliva activates enzymes that remove toxins from the bloodstream. The oil is spat out after 15 minutes, and the procedure is completed by drinking two to three glasses of water.



    Orange and Lemon peels



    Peel the orange and rub the white part, i.e., the inner part, on your teeth. D-limonene, which whitens teeth, is thought to be present in the white portion. Moreover, lemon peels can also be used to whiten and clean teeth. Apply a few drops of lemon juice to the white part of the peel and rub the teeth.



    Turmeric




    Turmeric is also said to have a moderate whitening effect.  It's also a natural antimicrobial that keeps your teeth and gums in good shape. It is preferable to make a paste out of the turmeric root. Mix one teaspoon turmeric,  half teaspoon coconut oil and half teaspoon of baking soda and brush your teeth with a toothbrush to get sparkling white teeth.

    Aloe has been used as a home treatment for various problems. Moreover, it also claims to whiten teeth. To clean your teeth, combine it with baking soda and make a paste. It aids in the removal of yellow stains from the teeth. It also possesses antibacterial and anti-inflammatory qualities.
