    Digital Desk: Salt is as important as air in our life. If there is no salt in the dishes you make, then the food is tasteless. In such a situation, the taste of the food gets spoilt and then people do not like to eat it and the whole vegetable goes to waste.

     

    In such a situation, we can easily reduce the amount of salt in the vegetable by adopting these methods.

     

    Potato

    If more salt is added to the dish, then you can use boiled potatoes. For this, we have to put boiled potatoes in the vegetable with more salt. This helps to absorb more salt in the vegetable. After that take out the potato while serving the vegetable.

     

    Lemon juice

    The taste of lemon is sour. In such a situation, if more salt is added to the lentils, then we do not have to worry. We add lemon juice to it as its sourness will neutralize the amount of salt.

     

    Dough

    If the amount of salt in lentils or vegetables has increased in any way, then in such a situation,  we can use flour dough. The dough will absorb the salt. After a while, we take this dough out of it. Due to this, the taste of both will also be absolutely perfect.

     

    Desi Ghee

    Desi ghee also works to reduce the amount of salt in the vegetable. If along with salt, chillies have become too much, then we can use desi ghee.

     

    Curd

    We can use curd if there is more salt in the vegetable. For this, we need to add one or two spoons of curd to the vegetable and mix it well. Curd will balance the salt content and the vegetable will become tasty again.
