Light Reality

Within us exists all that is needed to see and understand the world clearly.

Digital Desk: Everything in the world is reflecting light.

Philosophers and spiritualists have to say that we all have intrinsic light: the light that stems from our divine origin.

Science has also caught up with this concept and currently research is afoot on ‘biophotons’ or light that is emitted by mitochondria in our cells. Faint though this light is, it is present and perceptible.

On the external level too, we are all reflecting light that shines upon us. Perception is dependent
on the light being reflected. So, it is clear as day that light is intrinsically interrelated to us.

Within us exists all that is needed to see and understand the world clearly.

If only we seek within, we will find the light, both literally and metaphorically.

So, just for one time in a day, let us retract our consciousness from the objects of the outside world and focus our attention into the depths of our being. In other words, let us meditate!

Like the great seers of mankind, let us withdraw into the richness of our internal being. And just be. Allow ourselves to observe as a spectator our very existence at the moment.

Allow us to be present in awareness of our complete existence at the physical, mental and spiritual planes.

One can hardly fathom the riches to be found in the depths of the ocean of being.

With the inner eye, we can ‘see’ reality at a much deeper level.

So, acknowledge your light. And with awareness, shine your illuminated existence in the world around you.

That’s when life will cease to be meaningless, purposeless.

That’s when the grand design will become perceptible to us.

And life will become a special experience.
