    "If you're trying to attain some goals/eat healthier etc., carrying your own snack when it's snack time rather than having a complete meal as a snack just because your friend feels like eating it might not be the greatest thing you can do for yourself," she said.

    Having a diet

    You shouldn't be embarrassed to confess that you are trying to reverse PCOS, are on a diet, are trying to lose weight, or are eating a healthy diet. She said, "Being honest is also excellent for your emotional health."
