I was hoping to lose a few pounds, but I really lost 130 kg. It didn't happen the way I intended, but it did. These days, I'm very careful about what I consume. I don't make an effort to overeat. "I enjoy eating smaller meals rather than eating a lot of food," he spoke about his weight loss journey while addressing the media.
