Lord Ram’s images, ‘Jai Shri Ram’ to be displayed in New York’s Times Square on August 5

New York: To celebrate Ram Temple’s groundbreaking ceremony, images of Lord Ram and 3D portraits of the temple will be displayed across the giant billboards New York’s Times Square on August 5.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi is scheduled to lay the foundation stone for the construction of Ram Mandir on August 5. On Wednesday, President of the American India Public Affairs Committee Jagdish Sewhani said that arrangements have been made to celebrate the auspicious occasion in New York as well.

Giant Nasdaq screen and the 17,000-square-foot wrap-around LED display screen are being leased for the occasion as per Sewhani. These are among the largest continuous exterior displays in the world.

‘Jai Shri Ram’ in Hindi and English, videos and images of Lord Ram, 3D designs of the temple’s architecture and pictures of PM Modi laying the foundation stone will be beamed across several billboards.
