Digital Desk: Around 63 police stations in the nation do not have any vehicles, 628 police stations do not have telephone connections, and 285 police stations do not have a wireless set or mobile phone, the Lok Sabha was informed on Tuesday.

The nation currently has 17,535 police stations, according to Union Minister of State for Home Nityanand Rai.

In a written reply to a question, he stated that 63 police stations do not have a vehicle, 628 do not have a telephone connection, and 285 do not have a wireless set or mobile phone.
