Digital Desk: Prateek Hajela, the principal secretary (PS) and CEO of the Atal Bihari Vajpayee Institute of Good Governance and Policy Analysis, is returning to his original cadre, Assam-Meghalaya.
Hajela was kicked out of the Social Justice Department just the day before. Hajela is a member of the Assam cadre of the IAS 1995 class.

Hajela has handed over control of the Ayush Department to principal secretary Faiz Ahmad Kidwai. Swatantra Singh has also been appointed CEO of the Atal Bihari Vajpayee Institute of Good Governance and Policy Analysis.
