Delhi: Mob Of Students, Staff Beat Pregnant Dog To Death, FIR registered
Days after another video from Ghaziabad showed three people hanging a puppy to death, the horrible occurrence was made public. Police detained the defendants in this incident after receiving a report, and a case was opened.

Digital Desk: Around 25 students and staff members from the Don Bosco Technical Institute in South East Delhi are suspected of killing a pregnant street dog after beating her. The New Friends Colony Police Station filed an FIR in connection with the incident after videos of the horrifying murder went viral on social media, the newspaper said.

According to a newspaper quoting the allegation, two institute brothers were allegedly present as well under the top staff's orders.

The horrifying video depicts an all-male group of students enclosing the terrified dog inside a tin shed on the property of the institute, which is entered by a student holding a rod, and the other students encouraging him from outside, they claimed.

On Saturday, the 15-minute video that depicted the animal being tortured and killed went viral, prompting environmentalists and dog lovers to demand harsh punishment for those responsible—whom they believe to be Okhla institute students.

Later, one of the group members was reportedly seen dragging the dog around the campus grounds.

The horrifying incident was revealed just days after another video from Ghaziabad depicted three individuals hanging a puppy to death. After receiving a report, police arrested the suspects in this incident and filed a case.

Ambika Shukla, a PFA Trustee, remarked, "It is horrifying to see such savagery by young kids who can be seen grinning as they beat an expectant mother to death."

Ambika cited research when she argued that animal abuse is risky because it can lead to violence against women and children.

"Over time, the high of assaulting a helpless animal fades, and such abusers subsequently prey on women and children to impose their control," she said.
