Currently, India is witnessing a drop in the number of Covid-19 cases compared to the spring of the third wave in the nation.

The election commission of India has made this announcement on Sunday. It has relaxed norms and curbs issued upon election campaigns to commence the nation's third wave of the virus. The new variant Omicron also created chaos among the nation's people. However, the third wave seemed to drop much faster than the earlier waves.
