Party Bachchu Kadu sparked a controversy after he made a bizarre remark urging
the state government to ship stray dogs to Assam where they would fetch a 'good
price' for dogs.
As per sources, when they raised doubts about the problems
caused by stray dogs. Then the MLAs Atul Bhatkhalkar and Pratap Sarnaik
responded that they should sent there Dogs to Assam for sale.
According to Kadu,
Assam people eat dogs.

In response to his remarks, animal rights activists harshly
criticized the MLA's plan, calling it inhumane and outrageous.
Earlier, Jharkhand BJP MLA Biranchi Narayan made a similar
comment in response to the stay dogs issue.
"If the government cannot find a solution to the
problem, call the people of Nagaland and the problem will go away,"
Narayan said.
Animal rights activists immediately condemned the statement
and started demanding that the MLA be prosecuted.
