Swachh Bharat Abhiyan: Second phase of Swachh Bharat Abhiyan Launched
Digital Desk: Prime Minister Narendra Modi stated on Saturday at the virtual opening of the Bio-CNG plant in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, that the second phase of Swachh Bharat Abhiyan would target eliminating massive amounts of garbage from cities over the next few years.

PM Modi praised Indore for setting an example for urban waste disposal in his address. The next two years will witness 75 more major urban bodies in the country constructing similar green energy projects, according to the Prime Minister. "This concept is based on waste to wealth," he said, adding that these projects will create hundreds of green jobs, fight air pollution and help provide clean energy solutions.
