    Dream11 has created a Dream 11 Unplug policy that allows employees to enjoy their vacations without having to deal with work emails, messages, or phone calls. Employees can disconnect from work and job-related emails, messages, calls, and even colleagues for a week under the new policy.

    The company announced the Dream 11 Unplug policy on their Linkedin account, "We actually log off the 'Dreamster' who is unplugged from every possible Stadium communication platform, including Slack, emails, and WhatsApp groups, at Dream11. We do this to ensure that no one from the Dreamster's work ecology contacts them during their well-deserved break ". 

    "We recognize that spending quality time with loved ones or simply relaxing on vacation may greatly boost overall mood, quality of life, productivity in general, and more," the company stated.

    According to CNBC, the company's founders, Harsh Jain and Bhavit Seth, have stated that any employee who contacts another employee during the "UNPLUG" period will be fined Rs 1 lakh. Everyone in the organization can have Unplug time, regardless of their position, date of hire, or other considerations. According to the creators, the policy was implemented to ensure that the company is not dependent on any person.
