    Shah
    was officially detained on Saturday and accused of breaking both Section 505
    1(b) of the Indian Penal Code and the Prevention of Damage to Public Property
    Act (committing an offense to provoke public anxiety).



    According
    to the Gujarat Police, the demonstration of Congress supporters in Bharuch was
    unlawful.
