New Delhi : After yesterday’s major fire in Karol Bagh, yet another fire has spread sensation in New Delhi’s Paschim Purit where a massive fire has burnt down almost three hundred houses.
The incident took place in New Delhi’s Paschim Puri basti in the wee hours of the morning today. Many houses have turned down into ashes after the massive fire outbreak.
Yesterday a major fire outbreak took place in Karol Bagh’s Hotel Arpit in which 17 people died while dozen others sustained serious injuries. Just after the Karol Bagh fire incident, the Paschim Puri fire incident is the second incident to take place right few hours after the former.
More than three hundred houses were gutted down in the fire that took place due to which 500 have been rendered homeless. One female has been reported to be seriously injured with no casualties.
As per reports of the fire service department, a short circuit was the main reason behind the major fire. After the short circuit which ultimately started the fire, many cylinders blast due to the fire which aggravated the entire incident.
Around 26 fire service bus reached the spot to douse the fire. Details by fire service department say that it took two hours to bring the fire under control.
