The party also announced that Kejriwal would speak at a
rally later on at the Adampur Mandi.
The by-election for the Adampur assembly seat, which was
required when Kuldeep Bishnoi resigned as an MLA from the Haryana assembly,
gives the visit of the Delhi chief minister to Hisar more significance.
Bishnoi joined the BJP after leaving the Congress. The
Adampur seat is a stronghold of the Bishnois.
Additionally, Haryana's panchayat elections are
approaching.
Kejriwal introduced his party's "Make India No.
1" campaign on Wednesday from Hisar.
