Islamabad : Indian Deputy High Commissioner Gaurav Ahluwalia finally met Kulbhushan Jadhav on Monday afternoon after Pakistan agreed to give consular access in line with the Vienna Convention with no riders. Gaurav Ahluwalia met Jadhav after Pakistan agreed to let Indian officials have free and fair access to former Navy personnel Kulbhushan Jadhav who was arrested by the Pakistani Army in 2017.
Weeks after the International Court of Justice (ICJ) ordered Pakistan to grant India consular access to Kulbhushan Jadhav on Sunday, Pakistan announced it would grant consular access to Jadhav on Monday in line with the judgement in his case.
