Furthermore, BJP National General Secretary Arun Singh has addressed a letter to all party workers regarding programmes, informing them that "Seva Pakhwara" will be observed from September 17 till the birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi, the nation's father, on October 2.
The BJP would hold exhibitions on PM Narendra Modi at the district level under the banner of "Seva Pakwara."
