Internet shoppers have already noticed online delivery issues that many people describe as frauds. In the past, there have been numerous incidents where customers have received veggies or even stones inside the delivery instead of the item they had requested. For example, a recent complaint from an IIM student claimed Flipkart delivering detergent soaps instead of a laptop he ordered. In response to the incident, Flipkart advised users to choose Open Box Delivery for their protection. Customers can open the box in front of the delivery person.

Users of Flipkart also slammed Flipkart and expressed their dissatisfaction over the iPhone 13 order cancellation. The e-commerce site released an official statement after hearing all the complaints. Flipkart said that certain orders for the iPhone 13 were cancelled because of "anomalies".
