Jammu and Kashmir : Pakistan fighter plane violated the Indian air space in Nowshera sector of Jammu and Kashmir’s Rajouri district.
The Pakistani fighter planes had to make a detour as they failed to further create any trouble as the Indian aircrafts pushed back the Pakistani fighter planes.
Earlier this morning, the Indian security forces carried out an operation in Jammu and Kashmir’s Shopian district killing two Jaish-e-Mohammad terrorists in the encounter.
Pakistan also violated the ceasefire across LoC after which a heavy shelling took place between India and Pakistan.
Few of our soldiers have been reported to be injured in the heavy firing that ensued between India and Pakistan.
Pakistan has accepted that is has struck across Line of Control, but remained “within Pakistani airspace”. This was not retaliation to continued Indian belligerence. Pakistan has therefore, taken strikes at non-military target, avoiding human loss and collateral damage. Sole purpose being to demonstrate our right, will and capability for self-defence,” Islamabad said in a statement.
