Services Preliminary Examination were announced by the Union Public Service
Commission (UPSC) on Wednesday, June 22. The results were posted on the UPSC's
official website, upsc.gov.in. The test took place on June 5.

2022, candidates who passed the preliminary exam are eligible. They will need
to submit a new (Detailed Application Form) online application, which will be
made available in due time. On the UPSC website, the crucial dates and instructions
for completing the DAF-I and submitting it will be published.

Only once UPSC has announced its final results will the
scores, cutoff scores, and answer keys for the civil services preliminary
examination of 2022 be posted online.
Two successive levels of the UPSC Civil Services Exam are
held: 1) Initial (objective type) screening to choose candidates for the
primary examination 2) The Civil Services (Main) Examination, which includes
both a written portion and an interview and is used to choose applicants for
the various Services and positions.
