    Woman living near India-China border claimes to be Goddess Parvati, wants to marry Lord Shiva
    Harminder is a resident of Aliganj locality in UP, and she had gone to Gunji with her mother 15 days.

    Digital Desk: A woman who hails from Uttar Pradesh's Lucknow claimed that she is an incarnation of Goddess Parvati and will marry Lord Shiva, who lives on Mount Kailash. 
    The woman has been illegally staying in a restricted area of Nabhidhang close to the Indo-China border and has refused to leave it. 

    Moreover, she threatened to kill herself if forced to leave the place. 

    According to reports, Pithoragarh SP Lokendra Singh said that a police team which had gone to remove Harminder Kaur from the restricted place had to return disappointed as she threatened to commit suicide if they insisted on taking her away.

    He added that the police have decided to send a bigger team to bring her down forcibly to Dharchula.

    It may be mentioned that Harminder is a resident of Aliganj locality in UP, and she had gone to Gunji with her mother 15 days after permission was issued but refused to leave the restricted area even after her permission expired on May 25.

    "We have now planned to send a bigger 12-member police team, including medical personnel, on Friday to bring back the woman," SP said. 

    Notably, he informed that the woman does not sound mentally stable as she claims she is an incarnation of Goddess Parvati, and has come to wed Lord Shiva. Gunji is on way to Kailash-Mansarovar.
