Digital Desk: BJP national president JP Nadda is expected to visit Nagaland on Friday to participate in the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) election rally, as per a press release. The rally is scheduled to take place at Chumukedima, Nagaland's Agri Expo.
Benjamin Yepthomi, the state president of the BJP, called an emergency meeting on Thursday at his home in Thahekhu village, Dimapur, in anticipation of Nadda's arrival. Party leaders were present at the meeting, which was centered on setting up the appropriate procedures and other details for the BJP National President's visit.
The assembly also reaffirmed its commitment to make sure that Chumben Murry, the PDA consensus candidate, wins the upcoming Lok Sabha Election with a landslide.
