Addressing the crowd, Tamang pledged to regularize government employees with over four years of service, extending the commitment to non-gazetted staff.

One of the groundbreaking announcements was the Creatorpreneurship Scheme, aimed at supporting 75,000 youths involved in content creation on social media platforms. Ranging from Rs 5 lakh to Rs 10 lakh, the financial aid will be determined by an individual's social media following.

The Aama Yojna, another significant initiative, promises annual assistance of Rs 4,400 for LPG refilling to 64,000 mothers. Certified Sikkim drivers will also benefit from insurance coverage of up to Rs 10 lakh.

Education received a boost with the extension of the Chief Minister Merit Scholarship (CMMS) up to graduation, providing crucial support beyond Class XII. The housing needs of the less fortunate will be addressed through the construction of 300 houses under the Sikkim Garib Awas Yojna.
