Gujarat poll: Will build schools, hospitals if voted to power, says Arvind Kejriwal
In order to offer people free, high-quality healthcare, Kejriwal also stated that his party would establish government-run hospitals in each of Gujarat's 33 districts if it won the election.

Digital Desk: Arvind Kejriwal of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) promised to create government-run schools in every village and bring Narmada water to every part of the Kutch region if elected to power in December. Kejriwal is in the state for two days together with Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann.

"The last time I visited Gujarat, a man came up to me and said that he had been fired from the BJP after asking for a job there. These folks, I want to say, don't want to work. The son of their leader will hold high-ranking positions as chairs. They mistreat our kids. And the chairmen are their sons," he remarked.

"In Delhi, youngsters from low-income families are getting accepted to engineering and medical programmes at government-run schools. After landing well-paying employment, they will help their family escape poverty. However, I have learned that the Kutch government schools are being closed by the ruling BJP in Gujarat, according to news agency PTI.

"After I take office, I pledge that AAP would construct government schools in each and every Gujarati hamlet. Additionally, we will distribute Narmada water throughout the whole Kutch region. For the sake of the future of your children, just give AAP one more chance," he said.

In order to offer people free, high-quality healthcare, Kejriwal also stated that his party would establish government-run hospitals in each of Gujarat's 33 districts if it won the election.

"It's been 27 years now. Please take them off and click the Jhadu sign, he added.

"A recent poll showed unequivocally that the Aam Aadmi Party is leading in Gujarat by a significant margin. The Delhi chief minister claimed, "Both the BJP and the Congress have now started insulting me."

This evening, Mann and Kejriwal will speak at a different public rally in Junagadh.
