    NDA Candidate Draupadi Murmu files her nomination for the Upcoming Presidential Election in the presence of PM Modi and Amit Shah

    Narendra Modi and a large number of Union Ministers, BJP MPs, and chief
    ministers, Draupadi Murmu, the NDA candidate for the position of President of
    India in the July 18 election, filed her nomination papers on Friday.

    PM Modi was Murmu's first proposer, and the
    nomination papers were also signed by prominent Union Ministers Rajnath Singh,
    Amit Shah, and BJP President JP Nadda.

    The NDA presidential candidate came at the
    Parliament and paid respects to the statues of Mahatma Gandhi, Dr. BR Ambedkar,
    and Birsa Munda before submitting her candidacy papers.

    Before Draupadi Murmu, the NDA's presidential candidate, submitted her
    nomination, PM Modi came in Parliament. Amit Shah and Rajnath Singh, two BJP
    MPs, as well as other Union Ministers showed there to show support for Murmu as
    she submitted her nomination papers for the highest constitutional position.

    She met Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Union Ministers Amit Shah and
    Rajnath Singh, and BJP President JP Nadda on Thursday after travelling from
    Odisha.


    In addition, the NDA allies have
    declared their support for Murmu's candidacy, including Jagan Mohan Reddy's YSR
    Congress and Nitish Kumar's Janata Dal (United). Naveen Patnaik, the chief
    minister of Odisha, is also the president of the BJD.


    The Mukti Morcha of Jharkhand, which
    governs the state in collaboration with the Congress, is also anticipated to
    endorse the NDA's candidate for the position of president of India.

    For the next election, Draupadi Murmu,
    the NDA's presidential candidate, has asked for everyone's participation. She
    will launch her campaign on June 25 in an effort to win the support of the
    political parties and become the nation's first president.


    PM Modi is anticipated to be the first
    proposer, however Murmu will submit the paperwork on Friday. The proposers will
    include a number of top BJP leaders as well as leaders from other parties.

    for the presidency. Her vision for India's growth and awareness of local issues
    are excellent.

    Yashwant Sinha, a former Union
    Minister, is running against Murmu for the opposition. On June 27, Sinha will
    submit his nomination paperwork.

    On behalf of the opposition parties,
    senior Congress leader Jairam Ramesh confirmed Sinha's candidacy on June 21.
