Digital Desk: The Assam State Level Eligibility Test Commission will begin registration for the Assam SET 2024 on November 23, 2023. Candidates can apply for the State Eligibility Test at sletneonline.co.in, the official website of the Assam SLET.
According to the official announcement, the application deadline is January 8, 2024, and the examination fees can be paid until January 12, 2023.
Candidates who have obtained at least 55% (without rounding off) in their Master's Degree or equivalent examination from universities/institutions recognised by UGC are eligible for this test. There is no maximum age limit for applying for this test.
How to Register for Assam SET 2024-
Candidates can apply for the examination by following the processes outlined below.
Visit the Assam SLET official website at sletneonline.co.in.
On the home page, click the Assam SET 2024 link.
Register and enter your information.
Then, sign in to your account and complete the application form.
Pay the application fees and then click the submit button.
Download the confirmation page and save a physical copy for future reference.
The Assam SLET Commission will administer the exam on March 17, 2024, at all Northeastern University centres. The Assam SET will have two papers.
There will be no subjective questions in any of the two papers. The exam will be held in two sessions on the same day, the first from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. and the second from 11.30 a.m. to 1.30 p.m.
The general category application price is 1200/-, the OBC and General (EWS) category fee is 1050/-, the SC/ST category fee is 1000/-, and the PWD category fee is 800/-. Payment should be made via the Internet.
