- Activity Restrictions: All activities involving country boats and fishing in and around the Brahmaputra River are prohibited until further notice.
- Water Avoidance: Refrain from driving or walking through flooded areas due to significant risks.
- Floodwater Caution: Steer clear of floodwaters, which may contain sewage, chemicals, or other hazardous substances.
- No Crossing Flooded Areas: Avoid swimming or crossing flooded rivers, streams, or any flowing water bodies.
