    Assam shines in UPSC CSE exam 2022: Dr Mayur Hazarika of Tezpur secures 5th AIR, Idul Ahmad bags 298th spot
    The results of the Civil Services Examination 2022 have been released by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) on Tuesday.

    Digital Desk: Mayur Hazarika from Assam brings glory to the state as he has topped among men in the UPSC CSE exam 2022. He bagged 5th rank in the UPSC civil services exam. 

    Mayur Hazarika is currently residing in Nagaon district.  

    Notably, one more Assam youth named Idul Ahmad secured 298th AIR UPSC.

    While Ishita Kishore is UPSC 2022 topper. Garima Lohia secured the second All-India Rank (AIR) and Uma Harathin N booked the third spot in the UPSC Civil Services (Mains) Examination 2023. Ishita Kishore is the overall topper this year with AIR 1. The top four spots have all been bagged by women.

    The results of the Civil Services Examination 2022 have been released by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) on Tuesday.

    The UPSC CSE preliminary examination took place on June 5, 2022, and the results were made public on June 22. The primary test was given between September 16 and September 25, and the results were released on December 6. The interviews concluded on May 18.
