    Digital Desk: Following incessant rains in the past few days in parts of Assam, the water level of the Brahmaputra river in Dibrugarh have been on the rise and even above the danger level mark.

    The daily flood bulletin issued by Assam State Disaster Management Authority (ASDMA) on Sunday evening stated that the water level at Dibrugarh reached 105.72m at 9 pm.

    As per the Water Resource Department, though the water level is expected to rise, but the forecast level is much within control and all embankments are stable.

    The highest flood level of River Brahmaputra in Dibrugarh was 106.48Mtrs, recorded on 03.09.1998.
