He was shot, he was dragged, he cried for help, though the slogan marked his love towards the motherland, “ Save Assam, we oppose CAA “.

On a cold December morning, Rajen Medhi, an autorickshaw driver who operates in Guwahati, came out on the road to protect the esteem of the state., just like others.

He was shot by the ‘Law Keepers’  on point-blank due to which he is living a life that was not destined.

With no political aid or any government schemes, the family is finding it difficult to sustain or even fetch a day's meal.

 Today after 2 years of ignorance by the mass, two messiahs came to his rescue, Nurul Hoque and Ajnur Ali, they donated a sum of Rs. Fifty Thousand to Rajen Medhi.
