Digital Desk: The Assam Public Service Commission (APSC)—Conducted Exam—has declared the Combined Competitive Examination (CCE) 2024 Results today, on 5th December. In the same examination held this year, Chiranjeev Phukan has ranked first in the list of ACS Junior Grade candidates, and Partha Pratim Sarmah has become the highest-ranked candidate in the APS Junior Grade list.
In the latest placement records, seven of the top ten performers on ACS and four out of the ten on APS are women. The interview/personality test for the APSC CCE was held between the 13th and 29th of November, 2024, and the results were prepared and announced with reference to marks obtained by the candidates in the mains written examination and then in the interview personality test.

This year 45 candidates have been recommended for ACS, 35 for APS, and others for different posts like Superintendent of Taxes, Superintendent of Excise, Assam Finance Service, Block Development Officer, Assistant Registrar of Cooperative Society, Inspector of Taxes, and Assistant Account Officer.
In all, 67,251 candidates sat for CCE 2023, and the preliminary examinations were written in March 2024. Recruitment was done successfully and done in record time of 8 months.
