Digital Desk: External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar and delegates from 61 countries visited the Kaziranga National Park on Monday morning. They enjoyed an elephant safari in Kaziranga, before heading towards Guwahati to attend the mega Jhumur performance on Monday evening. The delegates will attend the two-day Advantage Assam 2.0 Summit in Guwahati.

The investment and infrastructure summit will be attended by business delegates from seven nations, Australia, South Korea, Thailand, Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Taiwan on Tuesday. Over 200 guests will also attend the mega event.
Speaking to the media, EAM Jaishankar said, "I am very happy to see more tourists coming in. We are here for Advantage Assam. We are going to Guwahati after this. We want to give Assam and NE states a higher profile, get more tourists, international interest, and more investors. So it is a very good direction to see this early morning. It's a great start to the day."
