Digital Desk: Police in Barpeta made significant progress
when a large-scale fraud involving bogus voter identification cards was exposed
and three of the suspects were taken into custody. According to police sources,
the three suspects who were detained by the police were involved in creating
phoney voter identification documents for individuals with questionable
backgrounds.

detained by the police together with Sahidul and Abdul Ali. According to
reports, the detained prime accused Khan was in possession of 262 fraudulent
voter identification cards. Under the direction of the officer-in-charge of
Barpeta Sadar Police Station, raids were carried out at three different
locations throughout Barpeta based on information obtained from the criminals
who were apprehended.

including a desktop computer, a laptop, and a printer, according to police
