Digital Desk: Both Indian and South Africa cricket teams will arrive in Guwahati on September 29 for the T20 match which is scheduled to be played on October 2.
The South Africa team will come after the Indian team, BCCI officials reported.
Both teams will land on different flights at Borjhar's Lokpriya Gopinath Bordoloi International Airport and check into the Radisson Blu.
On September 30, the teams will drill on the Barsapara field in preparation for their match, which will take place on October 2.
Devajeet Saikia, secretary of the Assam Cricket Association, reported that the organisation had received the whole schedule from the BCCI.
On September 3, the teams are expected to depart from Guwahati.
In the meanwhile, there are two phases to the sale of match tickets. Starting on September 16, 15,000 tickets were sold in total.
On September 26 onward, an additional 5,000 tickets will be available for the second phase.
