the leg by police officers close to his home while bringing medicine for his
mother. The police deliberately portrayed the situation in their own favour in
order to cover up the wrongdoing, and Kirti was detained on the grounds that he
was a drug dealer.

behind the phony encounter gave the entire story a new twist.

Assam CM ordered a high-profile investigation into the case in response to widespread
outrage and public demands for a thorough investigation. CID was given the task
of looking into the matter and has since been conducting an investigation.
Reports were filed on the 8th of February, and it was revealed that the Nagaon
Police had fabricated the encounter and that the claims made by the police
officers involved were false. Following the unjustified wrongdoing, the Nagaon
Police squad, led by Anand Mishra, faced harsh criticism. Anand Mishra's
suspension was also desired by the populace.

Kamal Borah finally received the justice he deserved today. Kirti Kamal is
deemed innocent by the CID, and all charges brought against him by Police
Officer Pradip Bania have been withdrawn.

What
will happen to the dreams that this young man from a tiny village had is still
