    Singh, Assam's special director general (Law and Order), said the 13 cadres
    surrendered their weapons on Sunday in Bokajan, Karbi Anglong, in front of top
    officials from the Assam Police, Assam Rifles, and the 20th battalion of the
    Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF).

    revolver, and several rounds of ammunition.
