SEBA announces HSLC exam results, 2018
The Assam Board of Secondary Education (SEBA) declared HSLC (Class 10) examination results today, May 25, 2018. SEBA announced HSLC exam results, 2018 with a pass percentage of 54.44% which saw a rise from the last 47% pass percentage.
Around 54.44 percent students have successfully qualified the SEBA HSLC Exam, 2018.
The top percentage gainers in HSLC exam, 2018, overall Assam are as follows:
- Raktim Bhuyan (593 out of 600)
- Abhinash Kalita and Preetpal Bezbaruah (592 out of 600)
- Sultana Ayishah Siddique, Jintee Devi and Arbi Chaliha (591 out of 600)
Earlier, there were reports that the Assam Board officials have made all the arrangements and will be announcing the results on time.
This year, the board had conducted the Assam SEBA HSLC examination from 16th February to 10th March.
A total of 189,191 students out of the 337,570 candidates, who appeared for the exam, were able to pass.
The topper of SEBA, HSLC exam, 2018
Raktim Bhuyan of Moonlight High School from Sonitpur has become the state topper scoring 593 marks out of a total of 600.
“I studied hard but didn’t expect to become the state topper. I want to become an engineer. Besides studies I love painting, taking part in quizzes and writing essays,” Raktim said while speaking to journalists soon after the results were announced.
Results of Assam High madrasa exams were also announced on Friday as 4,604 or 50.62% students of the 9.095 who appeared for the exams managed to clear it.
HSLC Result 2018
The Board of Secondary education, Assam, has also notified students that the hard copy of the mark sheet and individual pass certificates is available in all examination centres that held the HSLC examination 2018.
Speaking about the flip side of the SEBA, HSLC results, 2018-The results of 6668 students have been with held while 1,47,944 students have failed to clear the exams.
